    • Take 10-15 ml of Groviva Herbal Hair Oil depending on the length of your hair. Use your fingertips to massage properly on your scalp in circular motion atleast for 10-15 mins and cover the entire scalp . After you are done with the scalp massage, apply it up to the ends of your hair.
    • Let your hair soak the oil overnight. Wash your hair in the morning with Groviva Herbal Shampoo for soft, shiny, bouncy & delicately fragranced hair like never before.
    • Use Groviva Herbal Hair Oil twice a week for hair fall control. In case of chronic hair fall, also take 1 Groviva capsule twice daily 10 to 15 minutes before meals, with lukewarm water, for 1 to 3 months and take 2 Drops of Groviva Nasal Drops in each Nostril before going to bed regularly for 30 days.
