Mechanism of Action :
Simethicone reduces the excess gas in the stomach by reducing the surface tension of gas and making their expulsion easier. Dill oil & fennel oil helps to relax the abdominal muscles and relieves colic pain, mild spasm and bloated or swollen belly.
