- Ventilator associated pneumonia | Bacteremia caused by MDR bacteria
- Aerobic gram negative microorganisms such as Enterobacter aerogenes
- E.coli | K. pneumonia | Pseudomonas aeruginosa | Intra-abdominal Infections
In critically ill patient loading dose of 9 MIU should be administered.
Maintenance dose of 9 MIU/day in 2 to 3 divided doses.
