- Complicated Skin & Skin Structure Infections
- Bacterial Meningitis (Patients above 3 months only) Intra-abdominal infections
- Critical Post-Surgical Infections
- Septicaemia, UTI, Febrile neutropenia
- Nosocomial pneumonia, ICU infections
Adult: 0.5-1 g 8 hrly via IV inj over approx 3-5 min or infused over approx 15-30 min.
Child: ≥3 mth ≤50 kg: 10 or 20 mg/kg 8 hrly via IV inj over approx 3-5 min or infused over approx 15-30 min
or as directed by Physician

Direction For Use :
- Maytag 1 gm Injection is generally given under the supervision of a doctor or a nurse and should not be self-administered.

Mechanism of Action :
Maytag 1 gm Injection is an antibiotic that contains Meropenem. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.
