Mechanism of Action :
Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that works by blocking the effects of angiotensin II, a substance that constricts blood vessels. This helps in relaxing and widening blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) that helps relax the blood vessels, reducing the heart's workload and lowering blood pressure.Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that works by removing excess salt and water from the body through urine, reducing the volume of blood, and contributing to lower blood pressure.
