Mecobalamin 2500 mcg, Folic Acid 0.7 mg & Niacinamide 12 mg (1 ml) & Vitamin C 150 mg Injection (1.5 ml)

IM - Mix contents of part-I ampoule and part-II 1-2 times weekly.
