Mechanism of Action :
Telmisartan (Angiotensin receptor blocker) & Nebivolol (Beta-blocker). Telmisartan works by blocking the hormone angiotensin, thereby relaxing blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently. Nebivolol works by relaxing blood pressure & slowing heart rate to improve blood circulation and decrease blood pressure.
