Mechanism of Action :
Sacubitril an angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) that inhibits neprilysin, enhancing natriuretic peptides to promote vasodilation and reduce fluid buildup, improving heart failure symptoms.Valsartan an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes and widens blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, reducing blood pressure and the heart's workload.
